Güipipía is a small roasting company of the Coffee Institute of Costa Rica (Instituto del Café de Costa Rica, ICAFE), a roaster that ensures the quality of the golden bean that characterizes Costa Rica. National roasting, coffee tasting and barista experts have trained our staff achieving that our roasting profiles result in a very high quality gourmet product of Tarrazú and Valle Occidental, committed with the environment and the continuous improvement of its sustainable management.
