In Capitán Picante we elaborate spicy style sauces, focused on a market of clients with demanding tastes such as the chilean person. Where we start from natural ingredients and a different recipe without vinegar or artificial additives. Our citrus base gives our 5 presentations a flavor on another level, with chiles such as Jalapeño, Chombo (Panamanian), Trinidad Scorpion and Carolina Reaper. We create various degrees of spiciness with an unconventional flavor with a unique experience.
