Welcome to the FUNDEPOS University of Costa Rica, the first university in the country to offer the Professional Master's Degree in Business Administration and is currently the University with the largest number of Master's graduates, to date with more than 5,000. The FUNDEPOS University offer is aimed at entrepreneurs and professionals with a spirit of improvement and who seek a high quality standard to become highly competitive leaders. FUNDEPOS University is characterized by high resilience and adaptability, so the academic offer evolves in accordance with the needs of the market, both at the postgraduate and undergraduate levels, in accordance with the needs of the country. A very important component of FUNDEPOS University is the Institute for Professional Development and Research (IDEPI), which constantly promotes continuing education and professional improvement. Technical, specialist, certification, and professional updating programs are offered, which meet the needs of specific sectors. In 2021, the services offered were expanded with the creation of the Sustainability Research Center as well as the Innovation Research Center, satisfying the current needs for updating on issues of the environment, sustainability, innovation and entrepreneurship, according to the guidelines of the OECD countries FUNDEPOS University has consolidated services in the business environment of Costa Rica, from small and medium-sized companies to multinationals. Likewise, it has expanded with international programs that have reached Central America, the United States, Canada and Europe thanks to a strong educational platform, which allows a face-to-face, virtual or bimodal offer.
