With the right balance between acidity and bitterness, this 100% pure coffee is produced with the aim of satisfying the most demanding palates, offering a product with export quality. Its color, aroma and body are typical of an intense coffee with a long taste. It stands out in the final cup for its fine acidity and moderate bitterness. It also has the perfect texture with fruity notes of apricot and peach, characteristics typical of specialty coffees.
