Fine Flavour Chocolates from Nortico Cacao Farm are made with cacao from our own farm. We select varieties of Fine Flavour Cacao in the field to obtain raw material of high quality. We manage our farm under the principles of Agroforestry, the sustainable combination of crops with trees, hence generate environmental and social benefits that positively impact our community and country. At Nortico Cacao Farm we work under the model of ¨Farm to Bar¨. Farm to Bar is when we manage every step of the process from cultivation to field harvest to fermentation to roasting to producing the final chocolate bar. We maximize the potential in our selected cacao varieties, so the final consumers will enjoy the different flavour notes depending on the variety of cacao, the post-harvest process, the roasting and making of the chocolate. We make dark chocolates with a high percentage of cacao, both for the great taste and for the health benefits of dark chocolate.
