GUIPIPÍA PEABERRY GOURMET COFFEE
Arabica species from the Tarrazú Region, fragrance and floral aroma of coffee flower; the process is honey. The medium roast with descriptor of dehydrated red berries and a silky aftertaste; medium body and high acidity, citrus as orange. Its balance is exquisite between its fine acidity and delicate citrus. It has a special condition: the round seed concentrates better its flavor and caramelization. Only one flower ovary is fertilized what causes the seed to obtain round characteristics for developing alone in the fruit, achieving superior hardness and density conditions that allows it to be kept in the roaster for longer obtaining less bitter coffee. All packaging has degassing valves to protect quality. They come in 1k or 340grs presentations; whole grain or ground. The company is willing to work private label.
