Double Washed Coffee
Double Lavado Coffee is a specialty product whose main differentiating attribute is its high but very pleasant acidity, originating from the mechanical washing process of the mucilage as well as its subsequent rest in clean water or a second wash. This process in essence allows to enhance the floral flavors and the cleanliness of the cup. The careful selection of the fruits to be harvested and the artisanal process of beneficiation allowed us to achieve quality recognition as the # 32 place in the Costa Rica Cup of Excellence competition in 2017.
