Habitar Sloth blend

For this blend, Café Britt has gotten together with Toucan Rescue Ranch to purchase collars and transmitters to track rescued sloths after their release. This coffee, from the Tarrazú growing region, is a medium roast with a citrus (orange-lime) aroma and a fruity, caramel flavor.

It is a very different relatively new technique, it is a fermentation without air with mucilages from other coffees, totally controlled both the fermentation and the drying. Which gives us complex coffees, with very sweet, fruity, spicy, cinnamon, clove, anise, liqueur, baked apple profiles, some depending on the variety gives floral notes.

The processing and toasting process are highly technical, which means that the care with the grain is optimal to guarantee quality, freshness and flavor. The Cafeturas has a dark chocolate and caramel fragrance profile, intense aromas defined by a creamy dark cocoa base, with low to medium intensity citric acidity with a high body. It is characterized by an excellent balance of its attributes, providing a round drink, capable of pleasing the most demanding palates.

GUIPIPÍA PEABERRY GOURMET COFFEE

Arabica species from the Tarrazú Region, fragrance and floral aroma of coffee flower; the process is honey. The medium roast with descriptor of dehydrated red berries and a silky aftertaste; medium body and high acidity, citrus as orange. Its balance is exquisite between its fine acidity and delicate citrus. It has a special condition: the round seed concentrates better its flavor and caramelization. Only one flower ovary is fertilized what causes the seed to obtain round characteristics for developing alone in the fruit, achieving superior hardness and density conditions that allows it to be kept in the roaster for longer obtaining less bitter coffee. All packaging has degassing valves to protect quality. They come in 1k or 340grs presentations; whole grain or ground. The company is willing to work private label.
