We offer an updated and dynamic curriculum that allows our graduates to work in different areas or be entrepreneurs. The degree takes 5 years to complete (semester format). From the first semester, students enroll in theoretical-practical courses that allow them to acquire the necessary knowledge and apply it in the field. In our food lab, students carry out practices in gastronomy and food and beverage management. As well, 100% of our students complete professional internships in all the relevant areas of the field. In the final two semesters, 50% of the subjects have an entrepreneurial focus, resulting in a high percentage of our students having their own business.

Spanish Immersion Program

Enroll in our Spanish Immersion Program consisting of three Spanish Level Courses offered every academic period. Personalized spanish lessos also available for students with a language profficiency B1 or above.At the end of the program, students will receive an accredited transcript of grades.
