This process in essence allows to enhance the floral flavors and the cleanliness of the cup. The careful selection of the fruits to be harvested and the artisanal process of beneficiation allowed us to achieve quality recognition as the # 32 place in the Costa Rica Cup of Excellence competition in 2017.

Our chocolates go from the root to the bar, we are producers of fine and aroma cocoa, we are artisans of chocolate. We are perhaps the most sustainably grown cocoa on the planet. After 30 years of planting hundreds of thousands of trees, our efforts have turned the land that was devastated by excessive deforestation into a restored multi-layered forest of life. Within this forest, our ancient cacao trees are protected and thrive on the returned biodiversity. Macaws, pumas, ocelots and a large number of birds and other wildlife live within the cacao plantation that we cultivate.

We are producers of both products, coffee and cocoa, we use a very special coffee, an old coffee grown by our grandparents that, when mixed with the ancestral cocoa that we produce, gives a unique bar that has won awards at the international and national level.
