Our chocolates go from the root to the bar, we are producers of fine and aroma cocoa, we are artisans of chocolate. We are perhaps the most sustainably grown cocoa on the planet. After 30 years of planting hundreds of thousands of trees, our efforts have turned the land that was devastated by excessive deforestation into a restored multi-layered forest of life. Within this forest, our ancient cacao trees are protected and thrive on the returned biodiversity. Macaws, pumas, ocelots and a large number of birds and other wildlife live within the cacao plantation that we cultivate.

Our coffee chocolate bars are unique in the world. We are producers of both products, coffee and cocoa, we use a very special coffee, an old coffee grown by our grandparents that, when mixed with the ancestral cocoa that we produce, gives a unique bar that has won awards at the international and national level.

Organic Coffee

Lecanto harvests, processes and markets organic or agrochemical-free products. The organic coffee from the West with a very good cup, so our main product is organic coffee, but within the farm and store we sell flours, grains, seeds, spices, honey, jellies, vegetables, vegetables and tubers . Some of them in bulk products, in order to reduce the use of single-use plastic. The Lecanto farm produces 100% organic coffee, of the Arabica species, with varieties such as Obata, Catigua and San Isidro, so it guarantees a good production and excellent cup. In addition, the soil is of volcanic origin, which benefits the grain in a good acidity, body and aroma. We process all of our coffee, since we have our own benefit, we have micro batches, in honey process, we provide a sweet taste, in addition to requiring less water consumption.

For those looking for a healthy snack that fills you with energy and incidentally with a touch of sweet, but not much… this is the one! We use Earth University organic bananas, which have been grown free of pesticides and insecticides. We cut them into slices, sprinkle them with the tasty Jinca gluten-free granola, with a touch of coconut and add gluten-free chocolate chips… and you're in heaven! Needless to mention, it is one of the most requested products.
