The plant reaches 90 cm. tall, with 20 cm long leaves. -Product characteristics: Shape: root with a rigid texture, between 7 and 20 cm in length and an approximate thickness of 3 to 4 cm in diameter. Color: The internal coloration varies in white and cream tones and externally it is covered by a shiny hard shell that protects it from diseases and other attacks. Flavor: Spicy, with variations in intensity through the phenological stages of the crop. Appearance: Fresh and appetizing appearance, with a unique aroma of this crop.
