Pasteurized liquid yolk

The pasteurized liquid Yolk is a Costa Rican product processed under the strictest quality and safety controls, making it a safe food, which provides a lot of vitamins such as: Retinol, vitamin B12 and vitamin B4, which strengthen our immune system. It is a product used directly in food services or as raw material for the baking industry, confectionery sauces, prepared foods, among other uses in the food industry. They are packed in bag in box of 10 kg presentation. Benefits include: Easy to use, uniformity in recipes, avoids waste and separation time of whites and yolk.

Farmed White Shrimp

The final product is whole shrimp being the species Litopenaeus Vannamei, commonly known as White Shrimp. There are two marked production windows, one between May and July and the other from October to December. Although there is some production all year round. Sizes offered are the following: 50-60, 40-50, 30-40 and 20-30. Color is A3. Packing is being done in boxes of 1kg, 2kg, 4lb and 5lb. These boxes are then packed in a master box for easier transport. Actual production capacity is around 500.000 kg per year although it is possible to increase.
