Project planning, design, programming, and inspection, covering new buildings, refurbishing, and remodelling existing buildings, communities, public infrastructure, and landscaping. Integrative and Regenerative Design criteria are integrated with high-performance standards, aspiring to such demanding certifications as Living Building Challenge, Living Building Community, or similar. Beyond the traditional service, we seek a responsive design with both energy and water efficiency, seeking net-positive impacts, as well as a reduced carbon footprint, both incorporated and operational. We design and specify non-toxic materials committed to human, climate, social, and ecosystem health with a circular economy approach. Biophilic design and biomiciry, making human and livable projects, health and happiness, equity and beauty are other areas of focus we also have on mind in our services. Whenever possible, we manage our projects with a BIM workflow.

Building Certification

Advice and consultancy on design and/or process management for the certification of buildings for the following programs: Net Zero Energy, Zero Carbon, Core Green Building, Living Building Challenge Petal, Living Building Challenge Full, EDGE, RESET, LEED, as well as others such as SITES, Fitwell and Well. Both design and document management can be integrated, or only document management, advising integrated design teams (in some cases, the latter is combined with the IDP service). The service is offered throughout the seven stages of the whole life-cycle of the project: Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Execution, Start-up &Commissioning, and Post-Occupation, or be incorporated into some of the stages, if the project had already started.

Role in charge of leading the visual part of the project. He is the head of the camera or cameras and the lighting of the set. Decides on the audiovisual plans and point of views. In small productions, he is in charge of operating the camera during filming.

Audio and video post production

Here is where the project assembles from a bunch of shots to create the final product. Details of audio (SFX, dubbing, etc.) and video (colorization, SFX, continuity, etc.) recordings are refined and improved. At this stage, the product is completely ready for its respective distribution.
