• Project Plan Development, Risk Assesment, Organization Team lead and liason between client, design team, contractors, equipment vendors and other involved parties • Project execution management from concept, design and construction to start up turn over and operation • Coordination of preliminary studies: o Soil studies and materials o Topographic surveys o Environmental impact studies o Archaeological studies o Hydrogeological studies o Sismic risk studies • Elaboration of the public tender documents and control of the public tender process. • Management of the construction contract. • Subcontractors management and contructrion integration. • Team leading and and link between the client and the design team, contractors, suppliers and other parties. • Project control including cost, schedule, change orders and documentation • Project close out
