Our curriculum has been reviewed over the years to ensure that we teach differentiating courses to better place graduates in the field. The study plan takes 4 years to complete (semester format). We are the only private university with an internship program for pharmacy that allows the student to acquire work experience from the 3rd semester. We have individualized equipment for practice, so at UCIMED students always have the required equipment at their disposal, so that they have hands on experience and really learn by doing. Our students must also complete a 6-month pharmaceutical internship in the industrial or clinical area.
